  3. Hosted VoIP just makes good business sense. The efficiencies (cost and technical) of VoIP enable SMBs to devote resources to other aspects of their business. The growth of broadband WiFi is fueling the fire as well. It's the future of business telephony, no doubt.

  7. Small Business is not buying anything right now. They are too scared of their own shadow right now. You & I know the time is right before the economy improves to lower costs, improve efficiency, make needed changes. Also I want too note the 2013 is a long way away. What can be done now that is very low cost to get them started on anything?
