Cisco’s Visual Networking Index Forecast projects 18-fold growth in global mobile internet data traffic from 2011 to 2016 – and predicts that mobile cloud traffic will account for 71% of total mobile data traffic by 2016. Remote Expert Smart Solution

Cisco Remote Expert is an integrated solution that allows virtual face-to-face consultation between customers and experts via immersive video and online form-sharing. Whether in the office or at home, users can identify and collaborate wtih the most appropriate subject matter expert from any location around the world.

The Unified Workspace in the Real-World Workplace

A 2012 study designed by Cisco’s Internet Business Solutions Group surveyed 600 enterprise IT leaders across 18 different industries. The study confirmed that mobility in the workplace is on the rise. They also learned that the BYOD mentality is not just a temporary trend in business – it’s here to stay. Surveyed leaders acknowledged the importance and benefits of increased flexibility and collaboration, as well as the challenges that integrating personal devices poses to IT and network security.
