Cisco Recognises Excellence in Partner Service Delivery
Partner Led is all about supporting our partners in leading customer engagement in the small business and mid-market segments. A key part of that is supporting and recognising excellence in service delivery.
At the Partner Led Network in Singapore last week, Glen Cox talked a lot about value in the delivery of service. He emphasised the value of Cisco’s partner relationships, the value of the partner’s relationship with customers and the value that together we can offer to customers.
There are some partners who really excel at service delivery and innovation and they were recognised at the conference as part of a new Cisco Smart Services Awards program. The program recognizes business partners across the region for the innovative delivery of better and more proactive customer experiences so customers can gain the most from their technology investments. This award also acknowledges the outstanding shift that Cisco business partners have made in their delivery of a personalised service experience to customers that moves from reactive to proactive, predictive and ultimately pre-emptive.
The stand out partners in this year’s awards, as selected by a group of Cisco geographic region and theatre executives, were:
Cisco Smart Services Channel Partner Award – This award recognises top Cisco channel partners for their forward-thinking and innovative approach in solving Cisco Smart Services customers’ business problems.

Cisco Smart Services Vendor Award – This award recognises Cisco vendors for their outstanding achievements in operational excellence.

- TNT Express Worldwide (China) Ltd. for Greater China
