Give a Few Minutes of Time and Help Teachers Without Borders

January 17, 2012 - 1 Comment

Taking a few minutes to contribute to Cisco’s Online Support Community has exponential effects on network professionals around the world. These are people who leverage the knowledge found on this and similar online communities to do their jobs better. Tagging is a simple yet critical task that enables online communities of practice to multiply their impact. Take a few minutes out of your day to TAG a discussion, document, video, or blog, and Cisco will donate $1 to Teachers Without Borders.

With a small time investment, you can be part of making a significant donation to an amazing organization that is transforming communities around the world by using education and the network. Tag once and we’ll donate $1, twice, $2, 100 times, $100. Let us know how many tags you add and how little time it took.

Tagging is easy, follow these four simple steps:

  1. Log in to the Cisco Support Community
  2. Click or search for a document
  3. Simply go to the end of a document and see if there are tags. If there aren’t then add a few relevant tags.
  4. And watch the $dollars add up for Teachers Without Borders!

In fact, organize a network of friends and colleagues and multiply your impact. If you tag a few pieces of content, and ask your friends on Facebook and Twitter to tag a few more; we could quickly reach our goal of $15,000 for Teachers Without Borders. It’s that easy for you to make a difference today. Visit the Cisco Support Community today to get started!

The program will run for 90 days or up to a maximum donation of US$15,000, whichever comes first.
