Webex Meetings and Jabber Recognized in Multiple G2 Top Software 2020 Lists Atop Hundreds
As 2020 progresses, the impact that Cisco Webex is having on the changing work styles of our customers is telling in the reviews and feedback.
To add some context, Webex Meetings is the highest-ranked video conferencing platform on multiple G2 Top Software 2020 lists – ahead of other video conferencing solutions from Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Webex Meetings was ranked 7th on the Best Remote Tools list and 24th on the Top Products for Enterprise list. Jabber also ranked 30th on the Best Remote Tools list. To make these rankings, our Cisco products had to beat hundreds of companies in the categories. These results underscore the difference Webex is making in the remote work transition.
G2 developed the Top Software 2020 list using its research scoring methodology based on reviews gathered from the user community, as well as data aggregated from online sources and social networks.

Yeah, WebEx is decent and is definitely easy to use. But as much as I liked it, I still traded up when I discovered R-HUB’s solution for web conferencing, remote access and support. It gives me everything I need in one device. Plus, it’s only a one-time cost.
