Worldwide Partner Incentives

Robb Berger is the Director of Worldwide Partner Incentives in Cisco’s WW Partner Organization.  In this role, Robb and his team are responsible for leading Cisco’s Profitability and Partner-centric Incentive programs; as well as the development of new programs for the future. 

In prior roles, Robb led the Worldwide Partner Go-to-Market strategy for Cisco Small Business; as well as the channel strategy for Commercial Collaboration and WebEx.

Prior to Cisco, Robb had leadership roles in Sales, New Product Introduction, and Channel Development. Companies that Robb has worked for include Nortel Networks, Natural Convergence & Verizon/GTE.

Robb has over 20 years of experience working with Software as a Service, Managed & Hosted Services as well as Hardware resale.  He is a strong believer that each model has a role the future, as customers will continue to buy in different ways.

Robb holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Colgate University and a MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.  He resides with his family in Dallas, Texas, USA.
