Kelly is the Change Management and User Experience manager for Cisco IT. Kelly has managed global teams within Cisco for the past 10 years primarily focused on optimizing the Employee Experience on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Most recently, Kelly’s team lead the change management and UX efforts in rolling out Office 365 to the Cisco enterprise. The team focused their energy on the benefits employees realized via the integration between Webex Meetings, Webex Teams and Office 365.

Prior to leading these efforts, Kelly managed Cisco’s employee strategy for the industry migration towards BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), then managed the Desktop services team in 2012. In 2015, Kelly married her experience in managing end user devices with her passion towards simplifying the Employee Experience by managing the User Experience team.

Kelly believes strongly in adopting industry standards and optimizing them to work best in Cisco’s environment. She has implemented that philosophy with teams in adopting industry standards around ITIL, Agile, and (most recently) User Experience.

Kelly has a Business Administration degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. Kelly likes swimming, running and yoga, but spends most of her free time coaching/spectating her children’s sporting activities.
