Kanyatta Walker

Kanyatta Walker is the Vice President of Human Resources (HR) & Legal IT at Cisco, responsible for developing and optimizing the technology that powers Cisco's internal HR and Legal applications. As an accomplished executive professional with more than 22 years cross-industry experience in technology, strategy, digital transformation, operations, and engineering, Kanyatta is known for embracing change, driving innovation, and solving for complex problems. She most recently served as Vice President of Cisco IT Operations where she led enterprise strategy and governance, risk and compliance, learn portfolio management, and talent workforce strategy for the organization. Prior to joining Cisco, Kanyatta led IT transformation and operations at ADP and held various leadership roles at Accenture and Amdocs. Passionate about mentoring and fostering the professional development of young women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), Kanyatta currently serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for Women In Technology (WIT) and the Advisory Council for the Executive Women of Goizueta.
