Social Media Listening and Measurement
George is a marketing strategist and project specialist with the Social Media Listening and Measurement Team. With expertise in enterprise level social web listening and engagement, marketing and content strategy, and social media, George currently leads the Cisco.com feedback management system. This involves listening to the voice of the customer and finding ways to integrate this feedback into Cisco as a whole. Also, George contributes to the evolution of Cisco’s Social Media Listening Center (aka “command center”), an effort that showcases Cisco’s commitment to being a pioneer where big data meets technology.
