David Reed is an IT Analyst within Cisco’s Global Infrastructure Services organization. In his role, he supports the Unified Communications and Video service providing a platform and process for innovation within these technologies for all Cisco employees. David helps with roadmap planning and project prioritization across the seven services which make up the Unified Communications and Video service bundle.
David first started working for Cisco on a 12 month industrial placement whilst studying Computer Networking at University. The partnership was successful and during the final year of study David was given the opportunity to work remotely, part time, leveraging Cisco’s UC and Video technologies. After completing his degree in his hometown of Middlesbrough, in North East England, a full time position was made available and David moved to London in England to be located near Cisco’s office. During his 4 years within IT, David has worked across many analyst responsibilities in the same service from Incident, Problem and Change Management through to Portfolio and Innovation Management.In his spare time David enjoys Photography and engaging in cutting edge technologies.
