2000 - Joined Cisco as a contractor as an operations engineer for Cisco's IT telecom department.

2002 - Became a Cisco blue badge in the same role

2003 - Joined Cisco IT's Voice and Video Design team

2003 - 2009 (highlights):

- Co-Created the Cisco's first Callmanager design for centralized call

processing architecture -Authored the Callmanager configuration design

standard to enable global standardization of Callmanager configuration

within Cisco.

- Created Cisco's global dial plan

- Authored design documentation for Indian OSP (other service

provider), CUVA/IPVC integration and ECT home phone design.

2010 - Joined CMO team (Capacity Management and Optimization)
