Prasanna Sambasivan

Prasanna Sambasivan is an Analyst for the Cisco IntelliShield team and is based in Pune, India. The IntelliShield team produces Vulnerability, Threat and Malware Analysis reports, published after intelligent analysis of data collated from various sources. As part of his job profile, Prasanna co-ordinates report publications, while contributing to Vulnerability Analysis reports, Malware and Threat Outbreak reports and the weekly Cyber Risk Report.

Prasanna holds a Masters Degree in Distributed Systems and Networks from the University of Hertfordshire, UK and a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India.

Prasanna is a self confessed Information technology enthusiast, and while not working for the IntelliShield team, spends most of his leisure time researching the latest developments in the world of Information Technology.
