I&#039;d would propose that success is more likely if you, 1 - define your business objectives, 2 - determine your requirements, 3 - understand the market, 4 - get hands on experience, 5 - complete a competitive selection process. These alternatives are: a - actually are steps - you finish one, then move to the next in logical order; b - driven by business objectives, as after all technology is a business enabler, not a result in itself; c - may, or may not, capture the suggestions you provide.]]></description>
