A great point. Cisco offers the Clinical Presence System cart with an adjustable height for the tray, monitor, and camera to account for these use cases. In most use cases the Doctor is remote, typically using a Cisco EX90 product, and the VX Clinical Assistant is in the room with a patient at bedside or sitting in a chair. The VX Clinical Assistant offers a variety of popular storage options such as laptop tray, drawers, and shelving that make it so the unit could not be lowered.
It's very nice but it looks like it has the same problem that the Tandberg intern carts had: no ability to raise / lower the screen+camera. We have over 20 intern carts where many of them are multipurpose. Dr's do patient consults from them, but sit in regular chairs, so the camera is far from the recommended 7 degree viewing angle, leaving the far end site to typically look at the top of the Dr's head.

Still, looks like a great unit.
