Jesper Andersen, SVP and GM of Cisco’s Service Provider Video Technology Group, provided insight into how his organization will enable a true next-generation TV experience that is more immersive, engaging and social, while creating new revenue opportunities for service and content providers worldwide. Cisco today revealed its expanded content delivery network portfolio, the Cisco Videoscape Distribution Suite (VDS), and announced several Videoscape customer deployments, as well.
