Expectation. Lots of rookie related expectations! That is how I feel barely a couple weeks before the Cisco Live Cancun kick-off. For me this is going to be a true baptize into the one global partner event. And this time with the focus on Latin America, a region committed to formidable growth in the next years to come. Being a first-timer in Cisco Live, I can only envision the energy and awe that I felt while attending past smaller Cisco events, but this time multiplied by 10 factor!
I will be a privileged witness from the Smart Spaces demo booth Cisco is going to be running on the exhibition area. Our focus will be to showcase to visitors the massive technology deployment that Cisco has made around Location Services and Cisco Maps, which allow all our employees to work and utilize internal resources in a much more efficient way. You are all invited to drop by and share just a few of those many “wow moments” you will enjoy throughout the Cisco Live experience!

For us to make user experience (UX) a pervasive, positive experience for users across the company, we need to put feedback systems and sentiment analysis in place. This process helps enable continuous improvement and in-the-moment feedback. That’s what Chapter 4 of our Cisco IT User Experience Playbook is all about.
How do we know the impact our services are having on our user base? And how do we better know where to prioritize our improvement efforts? The IT service owners know what the users have to say because we empower employees to communicate their opinion. Through closed-loop communication, we enable a process of Listening, Analysis, and Action.
