Dr Wong: Thank you for your kind words and very informative comment. Social Media platforms are more than just a communication tool and your utilizing thematic photography albums is a brilliant way to share information beyond your class presentations and discussions.
...When I enter the "Facebook" arena, I had in mind, countless conversations with my students and colleagues that wanted to spent more time beyond my class presentations to have the opportunity to talk about other topics that can't fit in my class main subject and the available time for it for discussions and dedicated labs, but they wanted to know as well...Some of them were interested in how I had prepared myself during my education process, they also were in the need of what kind of books I read, just to engage with me outside the classroom in a personal way...

So I decided to do it through thematic photographs albums, with titles like: "My personal Reference Library" (Placing my comments and recommendations explaining how I reach that title, why? and what for?, also albums that represents my research and design labs investigations, showing them all the gadgets, test instruments, tools of the trade, etc in my personal lab...others for illustrating my continued education path, my hobbies, etc...

As a result, more people get interested in my Cisco classes through my students and colleagues invitations...so I think that with a clear idea and careful planning social media more than a communication environment is and effective an attractive learning tool beyond the physical classroom...thanks for sharing your excellent keynote...regards from PR.
