Lori L. Sussman is Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Cisco’s Americas Services Sales Strategy and Plans Organization where she leads growth and integrated business planning for all markets and at all levels across North and South America. Her team works to enable the transformation of how the Americas Services Sales serves, communicates, educates, and protects by leveraging the network. Working closely with various Cisco groups, Sussman manages the development and deployment of technology solutions that enhance customer business outcomes, improve citizen services, secure information, and help healthcare providers. With more than 30 years of technology and business experience, Sussman is a strong advocate for customers applying information technology from any mobile device to the data center to increase collaboration, innovation, and productivity. Sussman supports an integrated team of more than 700 employees who focus on customer transitions, industry transformations, and Cisco innovations in areas including cloud computing, cybersecurity, video collaboration, and healthcare. Their efforts enable Cisco to lead in the transformation to a 21st-century services sales organization and contribute $7 billion in annual revenue. A 5+ year veteran of Cisco, prior to this role Sussman led various professional services delivery organizations where she led major efforts such as a cross-functional services segmentation strategy that optimized delivery resources across state and local government, education, healthcare, retail, sports and entertainment, and real estate markets. Prior to joining Cisco, Sussman was a U.S. Army Colonel and held various leadership positions through brigade command and held roles supporting defense leaders at the highest echelons of the Defense Department in areas across the U.S., Asia, and Europe.
