Agree with the fact that &quot;BYOD is about the big tech-driven generational change in expectations and behavior.&quot; Today, you are looked at in a &quot;weird way&quot; if you don&#039;t have a smart phone. They are everywhere. Tablets are inching their way into our lives as well. Millennials grow up with these devices, they have been incorporated into their everyday lives. Maintaining the balance between actual work on smart phones and tablets, and personal work will be something all companies will have to face and figure out.
