From this feedback, we know what we need to do to make Cisco simpler, more focused and easier to do business with, and we are moving forward with transformative measures to get us there. The new “We’re Listening” blog series will be our way to close the loop, and let you know how we’re addressing the issues we’ve heard you raise.

  1. Cisco is always listening and giving the extra mile to the customers needs...I am sure...

  2. Something that I think would be great is a "Dummies" guide to the cisco command line. Sometimes the help files or current guides don't provide a decent enough example to understand the usage of the commands.
