So what is lead nuturing?
While lead nurturing might sound like kind of a strange term (I associate the word nurturing with animals, or plants), it actually is a very important concept. After all, once you’ve converted a visitor to your website into a potential lead, you need to take the next, appropriate steps. And lead nurturing can help you build a relationship with a potential lead, and convert him into a true sales opportunity as you move him through your marketing and sales funnel.
While Dave will chat about lead nurturing, he’ll also talk about best practices in greater alignment between sales and marketing, how to create more relevant content, making improvements in data quality, and how those can factor in improving lead quality.
