As part of its Cloud Partner Program, Cisco is offering Collaborative Professional Services (CPS) for Cloud. This Cisco Services offering shares intellectual capital, smart service innovation, demand generation, and a global delivery infrastructure with partners—all to help you develop profitable cloud solutions that will put a smile on every customer’s face.

But how does CPS for Cloud work?

It allows eligible partners to capitalize on Cisco’s suppport with the flexibility they need as they position themselves as a trusted cloud advisor. CPS for Cloud also provides the tools and services partners need to develop cloud solutions that differentiate them in the market. It’s centered on three types of services:

  • Assessment Services—software tools that help partners analyze and collect data through assessments and automated service capabilities
  • Guidance and Development Services—enables partners to review or create design and implementation plans with Cisco’s expertise
  • Practice Accelerators—shares Cisco Services’ best practices around new technologies or architectures to help partners design or expand a professional service practice

This approach provides partners with new opportunities to expand their professional services practices, including planning, design, and the optimization of Cisco technologies.

To take advantage of CPS for Cloud, partners must be part of Cisco’s Cloud Builder track of its Cloud Partner program.

Enter Cisco’s Cloud Enablement Services, which help partners address the four pillars of customer success—Strategy, Planning and Design, Implementation, and Optimization.
