Think cloud isn’t the next big thing in the evolution of IT? By 2015, experts predict cloud traffic will grow 12 times to reach 1.6 zettabytes—yes, zettabytes. That’s more than four days of business-class video for every single person on the planet.
So listen up, partners. Cisco is backing cloud 100 percent, and they’re ready to work with you to help enable the world of many clouds. Whether it’s planning, building, or running clouds, the opportunities are enormous. There’s also a great deal of complexity.
But not to worry. Cisco has you covered.
As part of its Cloud Partner Program, Cisco is offering Collaborative Professional Services (CPS) for Cloud. This Cisco Services offering shares intellectual capital, smart service innovation, demand generation, and a global delivery infrastructure with partners—all to help you develop profitable cloud solutions that will put a smile on every customer’s face.
Believe me. Your enterprise, service provider, small business, and government customers want a trusted cloud advisor. By transitioning to cloud, they’re likely to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and gain strategic advantage. Wonder who they’ll thank for the help?
Your customers will be glad you leveraged CPS for Cloud to help them transform their business.
But how does CPS for Cloud work?
It allows eligible partners to capitalize on Cisco’s suppport with the flexibility they need as they position themselves as a trusted cloud advisor. CPS for Cloud also provides the tools and services partners need to develop cloud solutions that differentiate them in the market. It’s centered on three types of services:
- Assessment Services—software tools that help partners analyze and collect data through assessments and automated service capabilities
- Guidance and Development Services—enables partners to review or create design and implementation plans with Cisco’s expertise
- Practice Accelerators—shares Cisco Services’ best practices around new technologies or architectures to help partners design or expand a professional service practice
This approach provides partners with new opportunities to expand their professional services practices, including planning, design, and the optimization of Cisco technologies.
To take advantage of CPS for Cloud, partners must be part of Cisco’s Cloud Builder track of its Cloud Partner program.
And what about talking “cloud” with your customers? How do you assemble the knowledge you need. Enter Cisco’s Cloud Enablement Services, which help partners address the four pillars of customer success—Strategy, Planning and Design, Implementation, and Optimization. By offering these services, you can remove customer risk and bring cloud to life.
Cisco also offers partners Cloud Adoption Services, which partners leverage to accelerate the planning and adoption of a public cloud environment, so that organizations can optimize existing infrastructure to realize a public cloud’s full benefits.
