I work with Utility executives the world over and enabling mobile technologies for field team members is at the hear of the more responsive and agile utility company. Getting the right information at the right time, to and from the team on the ground is essential to delivering better Customer Experience, more efficient operations and a better work experience for Advanced Utility Workers.
