I’m always amazed at how technologically challenged the typical doctor’s or medical office is.  While they are usually very good at record keeping and manual processes, they have little understanding of e.g. online security or digital archiving.  They just want things to work without giving it much thought process, so we almost always have to go through an educational phase before we do any work.
