Is Cisco getting to big for it’s britches?
Today I had a VG248 fail, the same VG248 that Cisco replaced per my contract early in October.  I was informed today that Cisco will not stand behind the VG248 they sent as replacement, that I would have to purchase an additional contract for $480 to cover the unit.
Are they getting to big?
