Doesn't this conflict with Cisco's partnership with VMware and the entire VCE initiative we are being told to go towards? Am very confused, which direction do you want to win Cisco?

Also- how do you expect management to work with all the switches and routers with disparate interfaces and no APIs? Is there a program to normalize all of the code bases? Which should we use?
