A life-like video meeting experience, Wealth Presence is aimed at the private banking market.  

Wealth Presence uses Cisco TelePresence, which combines ultra-high definition video, spatial audio specially designed meeting rooms and interactive elements to create the kind of virtual meeting where the ANZ Private representative and the client feel like they are in the same room.

The use of this technology is, for ANZ Private and Trustess, about extending and transforming the flexibility and convenience of the client experience. It strengthens client relationships by increasing the frequency with which client-interface can happen. It is also useful because it gives clients timely access to the expertise they need to be empowered to make decisions on complex financial matters, wherever they (or the ANZ experts they call upon) are located in the world.

Clients can now virtually tap into the deep experience of ANZ’s experts located across Australia in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, Victoria and West Australia. The icing on the cake is that the increased use of immersive video-conferencing has a positive impact on ANZ Private’s carbon footprint. Less plane travel; same strong relationship.
