Thierry raises some good points. We also had an interesting conversation with him and a number of other European executives at analyst breakout session. While sharing best practices with partners is obviously very important, they also realize that adjustments must often be made to accommodate the different cultures and business preferences. It is important that the different theaters have sufficient flexibility to make these adjustments. And I am glad to see that happening.
