Cisco ūmi: The New Way to Celebrate

- December 10, 2010 - 0 Comments

Whether Christmas, a birthday or just getting together with your family, life is made up of special moments that you spend with family and friends.

Cisco ūmi makes it easy to capture the simple joys of being together with distant family and friends. Cisco’s Senior Vice President of Cisco’s Emerging Technologies Group says “From singing happy birthday every year to reading bedtime stories every night, ūmi lets friends and families experience life’s special moments together.”

On November 20, 2010, we launched the “Cisco ūmi Brings YOU Home for the Holidays” contest asking YOU to upload a photo of yourself and/or someone you wish you could see for the holidays and in 100 words or less why chose that person for a chance to WIN. We are giving away five (5) pairs of Cisco ūmi systems + 1 year free service. We have had over 400 submissions, ranging from people who wish they were could see their husbands who are deployed in Iraq for the holidays, to a 90 year old father who hasn’t seen his daughter in two years. Make sure you are sharing your submissions with your Facebook and Twitter friends and encouraging them to vote!

P.S. Happy Birthday to Cisco’s Director of Consumer Marketing, Mike Kisch! We hope you have a fabulous birthday!
