Self reliance &amp; Import substitution used to be the way to protect the national interest in the international trade before the WTO regime. Still now every country would like to go to this extent despite knowing the the globalization has many advantages &amp; you can&#039;t stop the event happening around the globe. But the political boundaries are something different &amp; are the more serious sentimental issue.
