The government should have more programs like TTA and get companies such Cisco, IBM, Microsoft get involved ( tax incentive etc). Transition classess before you leave active duty is nothing more than story telling how to be a civilian. There is no value added from the one week class. Kudos to Cisco..let others follow!!!
