If management is concerned about the mental health of its employees, they need also to invest on programs for that. They should make people realize that management cares not just for efficiency and profit, but also for them. I think, if you take care of your employees, business will improve. My take. Don’t know of any company that does that, but it sure makes a lot of sense to me.

I would also say we need to speak up for solving our problems as the only way out is the way through the problem.
