“The UAE will enhance co-operation and share best practices in the field of human resources with Morocco after it signed an agreement to that effect with the North African country yesterday. The Memoranda of Understanding (MoU), signed by the UAE’s Federal Authority for Government Human Resources with Morocco, provides for enhancement of co-operation in the fields of civil service legislation, regulation of salaries and job descriptions.” – Gulf News
This agreement is a great step forward for both countries to learn, grow and flourish in the human resources sector. The agreement also covers corporate culture and behaviour, and includes workshops and seminars funded by both sides. This type of knowledge sharing is mutually beneficial and shows how much people can learn and improve by working together, rather than viewing everyone else as the competition.
