Networking Virtual Infrastructure with VMware and Cisco

- March 27, 2009 - 2 Comments

Here is a great technical session presented by Guy Brunsdon of VMware. It starts with a good foundation on networking in a virtual machine environment, followed by a discussion of the virtual distributed switch and the Cisco Nexus 1000V. For more on VM networking, check out Guy’s blog over at VMware.

  1. thanks for the link to Guy's presentation and blog. The presentation was quite good!

  2. Great presentation, and Im following your blogs frequently. It's good that Cisco is the first to be in the virtual switch business, I know that there are going to be competition in the future HP and so. But Cisco has a great lead over them.
