Cisco Nexus Helps SP Deliver 100% Uptime SLA


StrataScale, a subsidiary of Raging Wire, has a cool service called IronScale to deliver completely automated managed server hosting to its customers—its really very cool and I think is a good example of the types of transition architectures we will see as cloud computing matures.

One of the other interesting things about the solution is that, because NX-OS was so similar to their existing IOS infrastructure, they were able to complete testing and deploy in production in a few weeks. For more detail on the solution, you can check out the full case study here.
