If you have a home network you may have faced some frustrating situations in the set up of your router – or maybe connecting multiple PCs or perhaps getting your printer to talk to your computers? Well, we want to hear about it. We also want to hear how you fixed your problem maybe through a software program like Network Magic, other hardware solutions or called tech support?

How in H___L do I get tech support for Network Magic? Right now NM 5.1.9055 indicates that I am not connected to the internet. Yet,I have been downloading, viewing, etc. for the last hour. A large part of that was trying to find tech support for Network Magic. I have used several versions of NM over the last few years and was very happy with it until NOW.
Obviously, I am frustrated and totally dissatisfied with it.
