I have been using Cisco equipment since the early 90s and each year it gets more exciting.  I really like the Cisco TelePresence Expert on Demand and the WebEx connect as it makes life so much easier.  Just the other day we used WebEx when troubleshooting a problem with a Cisco TAC.
