Mapping Collaboration Tools and Objectives

In my previous blog entry, I laid out the proposition that Collaboration would transform how we do business and create tremendous amounts of real business value, as long as it was done properly. Organization need to approach the topic of Collaboration in a deliberate, strategic, fashion. This includes deploying the right Collaboration tools, in the right environment for the right tasks, taking into account the organizations core cultural attributes. That leaves us with the following question: what is the best collaboration tool for my project?
