How Collaboration Will Transform Your Business
Recently, Alan Cohen called collaboration ’the second wave of the Internet.” In this video, I investigate how much business value collaboration should be expected to create. Learning from historical patterns of productivity trends in countries and corporations following the introduction of IT, I expect collaboration to have a significant impact on businesses at a pace much faster than was observed for the Internet itself.

Hi,
Just happened to read this. Yes you are absolutely right regarding the collaboration stuff.
In my humble opinion Collaboration is mainly bringing business services under one umbrella and give user a transperant feeling.
Its mainly driven by combination of Platform As a Service and Software as a Service.
