  1. Well as far as I have observed the main target customers for Cisco products are the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. After the global economic recession a majority of the companies are applying their efforts to cut down costs so in investing for new products the first thing to research is the quality and durability. Over the years Cisco has built a good reputation for its brand by satisfying customers with good quality and reasonable price tag on their products
