If you’re headed for CiscoLive! next week, you need a game plan. There is going to be a lot to
see, a lot to do, and a lot to take in – all in under a week. Below, I’ve got a list for you of some of the best technical sessions to check out and some previously-un-published lightening talks to attend -- you’ll be glad you did. This guide is pretty heavy on the Cloud Connected solutions but you can also get some great ideas on how to keep up with preparing your enterprise for BYOD, the latest in security and a few other important technologies too. If you’re not going to CiscoLive – there are some ways you can play along at home. This might actually be preferable if you like keeping up with the latest news in your PJs.
For starters, you’ll want to check out the big announcements on Tuesday to Get Your Network Ready For Cloud (go this magic page or download the calendar reminder), and the technical deep dive with TechwiseTV on Cisco Connected Cloud on Wednesday. If you’re curious how enterprises have put some of our newest technologies to use to help them transform their businesses – be sure to check out that Tuesday announcement. If you want to see some of these technologies put to the test – Wednesday’s TechWise TV: Cisco Cloud Connected tech deep dive is for you. After both of these we’ll have an open-forum on our Enterprise WAN Facebook page as well as doing some Q&A via Twitter @CiscoEnterprise. All of these are things you can join in on from the comfort of your home, or wherever you are.
Conference attendees can get a closer look at the technology in the Enterprise Routing and WAN Optimization booth where we’ll have 16 demonstrations available to touch and test. There is also a mini-theater where folks can hear lightening talks (15 minutes) on some of our technologies as well as how our customers and technology are partners using them.
