Zoya Fallah is a Social Media Manager focusing on Cisco’s Service Provider Video Solutions. She also runs Cisco’s SP Entourage program for the Cisco SP360 blog where she provides video interviews from different people both inside and outside of the organization to get a 360 view on hot topics relevant to Service Providers. Prior to this Zoya led the communication strategy for the Service Provider Emerging Markets. Zoya has a B.S from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
