Collaboration Infrastructure Business Unit

As Director of Product Management of Cisco’s Collaboration Infrastructure Business Unit, Wade Hamblin leads the product and business strategy for the Cisco's call control infrastructure portfolio, including product lines for voice and video call control and management systems.   His current responsibilities are divided among core call control infrastructure products like Cisco Unifed Communications Manager (UCM), Session Management Edition, Video Communications Server, and Cisco Emergency Responder; mid market solutions like the Business Edition 6000/3000; and management solutions for Cisco's call control infrastructure.  

Hamblin has been on the product management team for UCM for over 10 years setting product direction for that platform.  Prior to that Hamblin led an escalation team for UCM in the late 1990s and early 200s as UCM  was introduced into the market place.  

Before joining Cisco, Hamblin was on the development team for Fujitsu Network Communications focusing network management systems for Fujitsu's optical networking product line.  

Hamblin graduated with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
