Tamara is a HR Manager in Cisco’s Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP). Her current role is in Global Inclusion and Diversity where she is working on several exciting initiatives including Employee Resource Organization (ERO) Leadership Development and Inclusion and Diversity Social Media strategies. Tamara’s passions are Leadership Development and Inclusion and Diversity – she believes in collaboration and that the best results are derived from including multiple perspectives.
Tamara earned a Master of Education in Human Resource Development and a Master of Business Administration for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
She enjoys traveling, learning new things, and spending time with her 9 year-old son.
