She has led many teams and is an innovative marketer with proven results in all aspects of marketing including marketing strategy, management, new media, industry marketing, brand management, corporate messaging, and program management.

An entrepreneur at heart, Shay founded, launched, and sold a growing Austin business that operates independently with a full staff of employees (www.mud-puppies.com). She is currently a founding partner of a designer toy company (www.nottaTOY.com) with distribution to US, European, and Canadian boutique retailers.
