Phillip Remaker has been a Distinguished Support Engineer since 2002 and is recognized for his wide range of knowledge and skills in Cisco Products, Networking Protocols and Systems. Phil holds two CCIE certifications and has been a leader in Cisco Services with his work in Technology Adoption, IOS quality improvement, CCIE technical program development, and Cisco's defect tracking systems and processes. He currently works as a technical leader in the Cisco Services Technical Services organization focusing on vexing problems around security, software release and product manageability. Current areas of interest include System Telemetry and Analysis, Smart Services, IPv6 transition and Migration, Software Release and Bug Tracking, Collaborative Technologies and Social Media, and Systematic Innovation.
