Director, Inclusion, Diversity & Sustainability for European Markets at Cisco Systems, Nikki Walker has responsibility for developing and implementing the European inclusion and diversity strategy, by creating an inclusive environment where everyone at Cisco works at the top of their game to achieve outstanding business results that mirror the communities and customers Cisco serves.

In 2010 Nikki has also taken on an expanded leadership role leading Cisco’s Sustainability strategic priority. As a company, Cisco has clear global goals to achieve significant reductions in greenhouse gas emissions. Nikki is responsible for inspiring and enabling environmental innovation across every part of the company’s European business.
