Mark Lohmeyer is Vice President of Marketing for the Services Routing Technology Group at Cisco, which accounts for nearly $4 billion in annual Cisco product revenues. He is responsible for product management, business development and technical marketing for the Cisco Enterprise Routing Business, including the Integrated Services Router (ISR) and Aggregation Services Router (ASR1000) product families, and associated network services on these platforms (Security, Voice, Video, Virtualization, and Applications). As such, he has built a world-class marketing team that plays an integral role in helping achieve the company’s vision of the Next Generation Enterprise WAN architecture.

With a strong background in product strategy, business development and general management Lohmeyer joined Cisco from Schooner, a caching appliance start-up where he was VP of Products responsible for engineering and product management. Prior to Schooner, he was the VP/GM of Symantec’s Cluster Server Product Group leading a global team across the US, India, and China driving product strategy, engineering and technical field enablement. His broad background also includes experience in business strategy consulting, and managing strategic alliances with major IT vendors such as Oracle, SAP, and BMC.

Mark holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
