Blogs & Communities - Manage the strategy and operation for Cisco Communities and blog programs. Develop measurement framework for blogs and community effectiveness. Partner with community managers to support their business goals and ensure platform meets their needs. Partner with IT to maintain and improve technology platform. Understand customer, partner, and prospect needs, wants, and desires with regards to the communities and blogs; strengthen customer and partner relationships, and establish consistent customer experiences across platforms.
Social CRM – Create personalized experiences for customers, partners and prospects by transforming data from multiple social sources such as social listening, social login, and social actions on Cisco-owned social properties into social intelligence.
Social Integration & Social Rewards – Partner with the Cisco.com team to integrate social data on Cisco.com to present dynamic, interesting social content on products, solutions, and architectures to drive user engagement. Manage Social Rewards program which leverages gamification to drive more engagement on blogs (comments, views, and contributions), while at the same time enabling our target audience to meet their goals of learning, collaboration, and recognition.
Leslie joined Cisco in February 2006 after seven years at Accenture. At Cisco, she was a manager in the marketing IT organization and later served as a digital strategist on the Web Marketing and Strategy Team supporting service provider, data center, and cloud marketing. She has worked on several high-profile campaigns for the Cisco CloudVerse, ASR 9000, Data Center Fabric, and CRS-3 launches.
Leslie holds a bachelor of science in economics and microbiology from UC Davis.
